Scott Wiper stars as a Chicago ex-cop called Boomer, who is mistaken for a fugitive FBI agent with vital information on organised crime, and finds himself pursued remorselessly by the Mob and the FBI, in this tough, edgy, hard-boiled thriller with a dark tone and some great action. The excellent cast boost it impressively too. It’s a labour of love from Scott Wiper, and it shows.
